Beet Smoothie Recipe

Prep Time: 2 minutes

This smoothie can be used as 1-2 hours before training or can be enjoyed as a recovery snack to help reduce inflammation.

Ingredients

(Serves 1)

2 scoops of Beet It Sport Nitrate 8000 Crystals

100g of Greek yoghurt (0% fat)

80g of frozen mixed berries

2 tsp of honey or maple syrup

250ml of cold water

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
